We offer express shipping on all orders in the United States and abroad, ensuring your package arrives promptly and securely. Rest assured that the package’s safety is important to us, as we discreetly package your items in a nondescript box that conceals the contents within.
Once the courier service assigns a tracking number, we will email it to you. This way, you can keep track of your package as it makes its way to you. If you need assistance locating your tracking number, our customer support team is always available to help. Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, as we strive to ensure safe and efficient deliveries of your orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We proudly cater to customers worldwide and are pleased to offer international shipping services. However, it is essential to note that applicable import duties, taxes, or other fees are your sole responsibility. If you are an international customer, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office and familiarizing yourself with the potential import duty procedures and fees related to your orders.
Upon your parcel’s arrival in your country, either the shipping carrier or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange payment for any charges that may be due. Please be aware that these charges are beyond our control and vary depending on your country’s laws and regulations.

To prioritize customer satisfaction, we reserve the right to ship your order from any location, ensuring prompt and reliable delivery.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMELINES
When you place a custom jewelry order, our dedicated team of master goldsmiths begins working on your piece immediately. Each item is handcrafted with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality results. Jewelry production and dispatch typically take 3-5 weeks. For orders involving loose gemstones, shipping occurs within 5-15 days. We strive to ensure a seamless experience from creation to delivery, and we appreciate your patience during this process.
PRIVACY GUARANTEED
We understand that you may purchase our products as gifts. For this reason, all orders are packaged in unmarked boxes to ensure discretion during transit and delivery. To further ensure the security of our jewelry shipments, we refer to the contents as ‘fashion accessories’ or ‘synthetic stones’ for loose stones. Your package will not indicate that it contains fine jewelry or precious gemstones, providing complete confidentiality regarding its contents.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Once a tracking number has been issued for your order, any delivery instructions requests, such as delivery address changes or specific drop-off preferences, should be directed to the shipping carrier handling your package. Since the shipping carrier manages the delivery process, they are best equipped to accommodate such requests. We cannot assume responsibility for any adjustments or instructions communicated to the shipping carrier after your package has been dispatched. You are responsible for contacting the carrier promptly to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by third-party shipping carriers. We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders; however, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unexpected events. These circumstances can affect the carrier’s ability to deliver your package on time. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such instances.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you report your package as lost or stolen during transit, you can initiate a claim by providing the police report detailing the incident. After reviewing the claim, we reserve the right to replace the item with one of equal value. Please understand that while we strive to ensure a secure shipping process, we cannot control external factors that may lead to such unfortunate events.
