Once the courier service assigns a tracking number, we will send it to you via email. This way, you can keep track of your package as it makes its way to you. If you need assistance locating your tracking number, our customer support team is always available to help. Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, as we strive to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your orders.

Each item is handcrafted with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality results. Jewelry production and dispatch typically take 3-5 weeks. For orders involving loose gemstones, shipping occurs within 5-15 days. We strive to ensure a seamless experience from creation to delivery, and we appreciate your patience during this process.

PRIVACY GUARANTEED

We understand that you may purchase our products as gifts. For this reason, all orders are packaged in unmarked boxes to ensure discretion during transit and delivery. To further ensure the security of our jewelry shipments, we refer to the contents as ‘fashion accessories’ or ‘synthetic stones’ for loose stones. Your package will not indicate that it contains fine jewelry or precious gemstones, providing complete confidentiality regarding its contents.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by third-party shipping carriers. We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders; however, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unexpected events. These circumstances can affect the carrier’s ability to deliver your package on time. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you report your package as lost or stolen during transit, you can initiate a claim by providing the police report detailing the incident. After reviewing the claim, we reserve the right to replace the item with one of equal value. Please understand that while we strive to ensure a secure shipping process, we cannot control external factors that may lead to such unfortunate events.
